We are a husband and wife team (along with the help of numerous family and friends) operating a small Michigan Maple Syrup farm that has been in the family since 1919.

MEET OUR FAMILY
TOM
Tom is the second great grandson of F.A. Longcore, the original owner of the farm. He is our production manager, half of the brain and the majority of the braun for all of our projects here on the farm.
Tours by Appointment Only
Building Community is 90% of our love for maple syrup production.

Syrup Season typically runs from Mid February until April--completely dependent on Mother Nature- and the shack is located at our personal home.
Hours are by appointment, or as listed on social media/blog posts.
Market Events and Road Side Stand hours updated weekly during season.

Whether you’re in need of some fresh local maple products, interested in learning more about maple syrup production, goat/puppy/kitty or chicken snuggles, a walk in the woods, some fresh air or some good old fashioned manual labor (be careful we often put observers to work)— we’ve got what you’re looking for.

Our facilities are not required to be inspected or licensed by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
